As of January 2011, Özlem Çobankara initiated the operations of Comea Talent as a Managing Partner. Her specialties are Executive Search/Talent Resourcing, Assessment, Industry Specific Candidate Benchmarking, Talent Mapping, Compensation Surveying - Business & Management Consultancy and Career Coaching.
Prior to her executive search practice, Özlem has gathered ten years of experience in the multinational companies working for Clariant, Abbott and Adecco mainly in Sales, Marketing and Management functions.
She has commenced her early career as a Marketing Specialist at Citibank, which was followed by five years of professional experience gained in Clariant as the Human Resources Specialist, responsible for all Talent Management activities of nine countries within the MEA Region.
Following Clariant, for a period of two years she has moved to Indonesia and worked for the Turkish Embassy in Jakarta to carry out different organizational tasks working hand in hand with various international mindset. Coming back to Turkey, she has started working for Abbott as Product Specialist, gaining experience in both sales and marketing functions in the pharmaceutical industry. She has initiated her HR consultant career in 2007 as an Operation Manager for Istanbul branches in Adecco. Apart from executions, she had also responsibility for P&L, Key Account Management, and Business Development.
Prior to the establishment of Comea Talent, Özlem has worked for Heidrick & Struggles where she conducted various executive search projects. In 2010, she carried out a very substantial project of formulating the entire operation team for a major Turkish company which started operations in Hong-Kong. During her professional experience, she has conducted various recruitment projects for international and local operations in Executive Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Finance, Production, Logistics and Planning.
